How it works
It is important that you follow our guidelines on this page. That way we can optimize the processing time and ensure that the displays are packed properly.
If you send min. 500 kr worth of screens we will send you a shipping label so you don’t have to pay for shipping. If you want a shipping label, please start by contacting us via the contact form on this page and we will send it to you.

Follow the 3 steps below.
1. The displays must be packed safely
When you pack the screens it is always important that you pack them in pairs with the backs facing each other. Two pairs can then be placed face to face. That way the screens are better protected during shipping, but you also save space in the box.
We recommend that you follow our Packing Guide on this page.
2. Fill out our formular and put it in the box.
Please fill out our form and put it in the box with the screens. You are now ready to send us the broken screens.
It is important that we can see where the displays come from so we can pay you the money. Double-check that the information is correct. It is your responsibility that the bank account information is correct.

3. We test the displays & pay you
The most important detail is that the LCD still works. Our employees sort and test all the screens. Within 3-4 days we will send you a statement on mail showing how many LCD displays that works. We then transfer the money to your bank account.
